Sheet Metal Bending

Plate Rolling

Applied Technology: Plate rolling is performed by passing the metal sheet through a series of parallel rolls (usually 3 or 4) that plastically deform the material until it takes on the desired uniform curvature.

Related Operations: We roll sheet metal into custom shells and cones. On request, rolled parts are delivered tack-welded or longitudinally seam-welded by our qualified welding departments, including re-rolling to restore perfect roundness.
